WHAT LOVE IS.
Love is, above all,
the gift of oneself
Love is the master
key that opens the gates of happiness
Love is the condition
in which the happiness of another person is essential to your own
Love is not a mere
sentiment. Love is the ultimate truth at the heart of creation
Love is a friendship
set to music
Love gives naught but
itself and takes naught but from itself
Love me when I least
deserve it, because that's when I really need it
Love one another but
make not a bond of love. Let it rather be a moving sea between the shores
of your souls
Love that does not
renew itself every day becomes a habit and in turn a slavery
The supreme happiness
of life is the conviction that we are loved
There is more hunger
for love and appreciation in this world than for bread
Trouble is part of
your life, and if you don't share it, you don't give the person who loves you
enough chance to love
you enough
True love is like a
pair of socks. You gotta have two and they've gotta match
We come to love not
by finding a perfect person, but by learning to see an imperfect person
perfectly
When love is not
madness, it is not love
When we feel love and
kindness toward others, it not only makes others feel loved and cared
for, but it helps us
also to develop inner happiness and peace
When you're in a
relationship and it's good and there is love , even if nothing else in your
life is
right, you feel like
your whole world is complete
A loving relationship
is one in which the loved one is free to be himself. To laugh with me, but never
at me. To cry with me, but never because of me. To love life, to love himself,
to love being
loved. Such a
relationship is based upon freedom and can never grow in a jealous heart
A relationship is
like a rose. How long it lasts, no one knows. Love can erase an awful past,
love
can be yours, you'll
see at last. To feel that love, it makes you sigh. To have it leave, you'd
rather
die. You hope you've
found that special rose, cause you love and care for the one you choose
Anyone can be
passionate, but it takes real lovers to be silly
